Calma Spa is located on High Street in Armadale.

As a unique and popular shopping and wellness destination, we recommend planning ahead and allowing for traffic, congestion and finding suitable parking.

Tram no.6 stops directly outside our door & tram no.16 runs along nearby Glenferrie Road.

PARKING
Parking is available on High Street, or at the rear of Calma Spa, accessible via Williams or Stuart Street, or on local side streets.

Calma is all about comfort.

Please wear comfortable clothes. No need to dress up or apply make-up.
We love you, just as you are!

Arriving at Calma Spa
Please arrive 10mins prior to your scheduled appointment time. If it is your first visit, you will need to fill in a short form. If you are part of a group booking, we recommend arriving 15mins prior to your scheduled appointment time.

Calma has a beautiful relaxation lounge where you can put your feet up before and after your treatment. We also have a lifestyle store and you are welcome to wander here if you have a few spare minutes before your appointment.

Please note: if you are running late, we are unable to extend your treatment time as this may impact other clients' appointments. We know that you don't want to miss a minute of your spa treatment, so please allow time for traffic, parking, public transport delays and other things that are part of living in vibrant Melbourne.

Calma provides everything you need for your spa treatment. Come as you are and allow us to take care of you.

TANNING Please bring loose, comfortable clothing to wear home

PEDIS Please bring suitable post-pedi footwear such as thongs or sandals

ALLERGIES If you have any allergies, please let us know in advance so we can prepare and personalise your treatment and especially and product selection

PREGNANCY
We welcome pregnant women at any stage of their pregnancy and all Calma therapists are trained and experienced in providing pregnancy-safe treatments and making adjustments to treatment protocols as requireed.

Calma offers remedial pregnancy massage - a tailored pregnancy massage with a highly-trained remedial massage therapist that can be claimed on your private health insurance.

Self care during pregnancy is extremely beneficial for mum and baby and most Calma treatments are suitable during pregnancy, except for the infrared sauna, hot stone massages and body wraps. This is due to the increased body heat experienced during these services.

We also recommend speaking with your primary care provider prior to your first spa treatment so that we can adhere to any additional pregnancy-related requirements you may have.

If you have any pregnancy-related medical conditions, please provide a letter from your primary care provider prior to your first spa appointment.

If you have a medical condition or other health concern that may require special care and adjustments during your Calma Spa treatment, please speak to us prior to your first spa treatment.

Calma Cancelation Policy

We kindly request that 48 hours' notice is given for any alterations, cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. 

- All appointments that are
altered, canceled or rescheduled within the 48 hours prior to the appointment
commencing attract a 50% cancellation fee (non-refundable booking fee is retained)

- All appointments that are altered, cancelled or
rescheduled within the 24 hours prior to the appointment commencing
attract a 100% cancellation fee

- Not showing up for an appointment without prior notice will attract a 100% cancellation fee

* All couples (2) or group (3+ people) bookings or spa packages of 3+ hours
require 72 hours' notice for any alterations,
cancellations or rescheduling.

* The Calma cancelation policy is in place to protect the livelihood of our small business and our superbly talented staff and applies regardless of the reason for the cancelation or no show.

Calma Gift voucher Policy

1. Gift Vouchers are valid for 36 months* from date of purchase and cannot be redeemed or replaced after this date. Spa treatment vouchers are valid for the specified spa treatment for one year, with the remaining 2 years reverting to dollar value.
*special offer, special event, charity and/or marketing gift vouchers may have a limited redemption period and/or other conditions.

2. Please quote voucher number at time of booking & present voucher upon arrival at Calma Spa.

3. Calma Gift Vouchers and external gift vouchers are not valid with any other voucher, coupon, offer, special, promotion or discount.

4. Gift voucher recipients may use their voucher for the spa treatment listed on the gift voucher, or they may allocate the dollar value of the gift voucher towards a spa treatment of their choice. or retail products

5. Calma's standard cancelation and reschedule policy applies to all bookings made with a gift voucher.

Calma Offers & Promotions

The following Ts & Cs apply to all offers and promotions at Calma.

1. Calma offers and promotions have specific dates for purchase and redemption and are not valid beyond the specified dates.

2. Calma offers and promotions are not valid in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, special or discount

3. Calma offers and promotions cannot be purchased as gift vouchers unless otherwise specified

4. Calma offers and promotions cannot be paid for with a gift voucher, credit note or 3rd party voucher

5. Calma gift voucher offers and promotions may have specified expiry dates which may be less than 3 years. Vouchers are not valid after their unique expiry date.

6. Calma reserves the right to cancel, change or remove any special offer or promotion at any time.
